“I have a GE model # GSHS6HGDBCSS. I’ve always used MWF filters, but they no longer fit. The whole on the top is noticeably smaller. I’ve tried GE brand and several OEMs and none work. Getting very frustrated. How do I order filters that fit?”

Hey there, and thanks for reaching out to us about this issue with water filters. We know the filter not fitting correctly and having trouble finding a replacement must be frustrating, and we're glad to assist. The MWF water filters have been replaced by MWFP filters, an improved and updated version. That is the filter that should fit your refrigerator. If you go to our GE Parts website and search using your model number, you will see that filter listed. You can also reach our Parts department at 1-877-959-8688, if needed.
