• Depends on how often you use the water from your refrigerator. Example, the change filter light comes on around four to five months in my house. I take my drinking water from the refrigerator and wife my uses water bottle. It's only me and the Mrs. Even when we have guests, we give them bottle water. For those asking about if it'll fit their refrigerator, take a picture of the filter in your refrigerator and take it to Best Buy. they will match it for you. Hope this helps. Terry
