“I got these today and after pairing them the volume is way loud. I tried lowering the volume from my cell phone and it doesn't lower the volume on the earbuds. I wonder what's going on. Please help? I have a Sony Xperia Z3.”

• I bought these the other day I'm not having a problem with the volume. I just lowered it on my phone. It was loud when I first paired them.
