Unfortunately you can't always go by the reviews of a particular item! An item such as the super retro-cade is for a more advanced user if you want to use it to it's full potential! As from my experience it is a decent system and it's well worth the money! It is one of the better plug and play emulation systems available! There's more simpler alternatives available such as the Legend's flashback which is also a good choice if you only want the basics! Hope this is helpful!
