- Answer You can set it to save the footage in 1, 2 or 3 minute increments, aka files, before it will start a new file. The total recording time before it will start overwriting old footage depends on the size of the SD card and recording resolution, i.e. 4k, 2k, 1080p.

- Answer When I turn my car off the camera also turns off. I left my my suv at the airport for a week and no issues starting up. Hope that helps.

QuestionTo remove it, you typically slide the camera off the mount after unplugging the power cord and any other attached cables, like the rear camera cable. This design allows you to easily detach the camera to review footage on a computer or take it with you.

- Answer This model does not have the normal detachable mount. You either have to connect to it via wifi, or pull the SD card so you can put it in a computer in order to review the videos.
