Hi Boojay, Replacement cords from RIG Gaming are available. If you are under warranty, you can contact RIG Customer Support via phone 1-833-622-6687 or via email at [email protected]. If it's not under warranty, we have made these cables available on the market, just not at Best Buy. The item is called "RIG 500 PRO Series Replacement RIG Audio Dial Cable (GEN 1 ONLY)". It should be pretty easy to find in a Google search. Thanks for your ongoing love of RIG Gaming products...

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.That's what broke on mine. It doesn't disconnect. I'm going with a different brand. Mine were 15 months old, just three months past warranty. I'm very careful with my game system and accessories, so it's not from abuse. Unless you know how to repair the devices, buying a wire won't do much good.

Update I did research and found this replacement cord. Under warranty would be nice. Because I love this headset fit and comfort, I was planning to buy like 4 sets. The issue is my husband will check my game setting and it would be plugged in and he would pull/snap out by accident. I would Love a wireless option. If available. Everyone, I was a turtle beach all the way, but got migraines to heavy for my petite face. I can’t help bragging this headset was a dream come true. Look, I am not being paid, faking this review. When a product is perfect (for me) I want everyone looking for a fit like I need. Don’t waste money on big heavy headsets when this available.
