First off, check your console to make sure the audio settings haven't changed - make sure it's set to the headset microphone. Next, try it on another device to make sure its the headset microphone and not a host device issue - for example, if using it in an Xbox controller, try it on a PC. If those test steps don't help and it's still not working, please contact us for warranty service - quickest way is via email to [email protected].
