Hello dadodo, Please check out our Setup and Support video on the RIG YouTube channel titled "RIG | Wireless Headset Setup for PC or Mac". It may be that your PC is not automatically detecting the headset and you need to manually select RIG 800 PRO HS for your PC audio output (speaker) and input (microphone).
