“Hi everynow and then my receiver has a pink light on it when i start up my xbox. My headset connects to it but the cuts in and out. Why does this keep happening. I just want to play with my friends😭”

Hello, We apologize you are having an issue with your RIG 800 PRO HS wireless headset. The light on the adapter should either be blue or red, not pink.
