“when i turn off my pc, do i have to remove the usb thing from it and plug it into the base of can i just turn off the switch on the side ? Because i did that yesterday night and now the usb light stays red instead of turning pink.”

Hi quebecguy, You should not have to remove the USB wireless transmitter when turning off your PC. Here is a guide to RIG 800 PRO series wireless transmitter colors: RED LED indicator light on the USB adapter means there is power to the USB adapter, but it is not connected to the headset. •PURPLE LED (Pink?) indicator light on the USB adapter means your headset is connected to the adapter. •BLUE/RED flashing LED indicator light on the USB adapter means your adapter is in pairing mode and ready to be paired with the headset once the headset is put in pairing mode.
