- Answer Have you tried restarting your Xbox? Try restarting it with the headphones connected and try it without. If that doesn’t work, try a different USB port.

QuestionI purchased these about 4-5 months ago and over the last month my headset keeps disconnecting and reconnecting. I sit literally 2 feet away from my Xbox due to it being on a desk. Could my headset be bad?

- Answer Base station or directly into XBox? Try both and see if they still disconnect. May be bad or there is signal interference in the same area possibliy.

QuestionComing from a Rig 700, the 800 Pro HX mic isnt very loud. People tell me they have a hard time hearing me. The 700 I didnt have this problem. The 800 I literally have to have the mic 1 “ from my mouth. My mic level is set to 100% on my machine. Help?
