Hello! We are sorry to hear that. Yes, the RIG 800HD model counts with an activation code for Dolby Atmos. If you just purchased the unit, the retailer should exchange it for you (depending on their return policy). If for some reason the retailer is not able to help you with this, we might be able to provide you with a new code.
