Hello there! We are sorry to hear that. In order to increase or decrease the game and chat volume, you will need to adjust the top headset dial. To increase or decrease the master volume, you will need to adjust the bottom headset dial. Please note that for the PS4 (slim version), you will need to set the top headset dial in the middle; game and chat remain balanced. Use the bottom headset dial to increase or decrease the master volume. I suggest for Consol gaming to use this Sound BlasterX G6 Hi-Res 130dB 32bit/384kHz Gaming DAC, External USB Sound Card with Xamp Headphone Amp, Dolby Digital, 7.1 Virtual Surround Sound, Sidetone/Speaker Control for PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo.
