Hello! We're sorry to hear this. ? Did the packaging present any tear or evident tampering? Please rest assured that we take the quality of our products very seriously, and scenarios like these are very unlikely. Please make sure you're using a 5 volt wall charger for optimal performance. You might also want to try a different micro-USB cable to isolate the cause of the issue. If you still get the same results, please try the following process: Set the Power-switch to the "ON" position. Connect the headset to the charger using a power-source with 5V output. The headset should cycle through the "power on/power off" voice prompts and showcase an indicator light soon after. We recommend to let the headset charge for 4 hours afterwards. If the headset is unresponsive, disconnect it from the charger, move the power-switch to the "off" position and attempt to power-on. If the issue persists, please return the product to the place of purchase.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
