Hello! We are sorry to hear that. If the headset is not powering on you may first need to charge the headset. It takes up to 4.5 hours to fully charge your headphones. The headset LED is red while charging and turns off when complete. Once the headset is fully charge, plug the wireless receiver directly into your PC. Once plugged in, you should have a purple light on the receiver meaning the headset is connected. Then set your headset as your default device under your PC sound settings. If you need further instructions you can visit our user manual guide: https://bit.ly/2xyYiN7. When it is powered onnyou should hear an audible voice from the headphones about its state. If that works make sure you have plugged the WiFi receiver into your computer. There should be instructions to link the receiver and headset if that's the problem. Beyond that, there are 2 dials for sound control. One controls the sound on the computer, the other controls the loudness of game volume and other volume. Make sure your volume is on, your PC is using the headset as its output (Google this, it's too long to type on a phone) and that you have the other dial (top most on the left ear) where you want it. I'd put it in the middle until you get your sound working. My Windows 10 system was plug and play, no issues.
