“Hi I’m having a issues where the chat audio and game audio are not working properly. It only plays audio when it’s all the way down and when it’s up there is no audio”

Hey john Im having this same issue. The issue just started happening maybe 2 weeks ago. Can someone help

If you use game/chat balance, make sure you set your external device or software application to the right mix of both game and chat levels. 1 To increase or decrease the game and chat volume, adjust the top headset dial. 2 To increase or decrease the master volume, adjust the bottom headset dial. IMPORTANT For the PS4 (slim version), set the top headset dial in the middle; game and chat remain balanced. Use the bottom headset dial to increase or decrease the master volume.
