Hello Ethan! We are sorry to hear about your experience. If you are experiencing some audio issues with the headset, you may want to establish a new connection between the headset and the wireless adapter. To do so: 1) Unplug the wireless adapter from your gaming console and restart it (completely turn it off and back on). 2) Reconnect the adapter and press and hold down the linking button on your adapter until it starts flashing an alternative red and blue. 3) Once flashing red and blue please put your headset in pairing mode by pressing and holding the power switch towards the linking icon until it starts flashing red and blue as well. 4) Once the headset stops flashing and the LED light on the adapter is solid purple means they are successfully connected. You may also want to make sure the headset is properly set up under your PC's audio settings. Last but not least, we recommend testing the headset with a different PC to isolate the issue. If for some reason you still encounter the same issue, then it means the headset has an actual problem and it is best to replace it.
