Since these are Wi-Fi devices, I assume you are referring to 5 GHz Wi-Fi, so NO, it does not. 2.4 GHz only. However, if the device is connected to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, it can them use 5G Cellular Internet to communicate with the Ring Cloud Services.
Although better range, 2.4 GHz has limited channels, so multiple devices will be competing for bandwidth.
