- Answer They connect with Z wave to the Ring Alarm system. They do not work without the Ring Alarm hub.

- Answer Hello Mark, Great question! No, the Ring Alarm Flood and Freeze Sensor will not work with ADT Pulse. The Flood and Freeze Sensor will need the Ring Alarm Base Station to be setup. By using a Ring Alarm Flood & Freeze Sensor in combination with your Ring Alarm Base Station, you can be alerted regardless of where you are. This device will send an alert to your phone and the Ring Alarm Base Station will also give you an audible alert that water is detected.
