- Answer We were able to use the old chime with my daughter's dorrbell. I hard wired it to the old wiring from her button, and it worked like a charm.

- Answer You can have them connect to the same chime, but they will make the same sound. I wish you could set a different sound for different doorbells, and for motion sensing.

QuestionPurchased Ring 2, we installed it, we LOVE it. However, we never had a doorbell that was wired through our house, so when the Ring is pushed we can't hear it. If I purchase Ring-Chime will I hear the Ring inside our house when people pushes the button?

- Answer One chime will handle multiple devices. The only reason to get another chime is to put it in another part of your house if you have difficulty hearing the one you have there
