  • QuestionIs this the one that can be hardwired & does it come with everything you need to hardwire it?

    Asked by NintendoSwitch.

    • Answer Hi smoove617. Thank you for reaching out to us with your question. No, the Ring Spotlight Cam Pro (2nd Gen) requires a PoE+ power source (IEEE 802.3at) such as a PoE+ switch or injector. Can sit freestanding on a flat surface with the cable exposed by using the included PoE+ Adapter (indoor use only). Can be mounted on a wall or ceiling with the cable exposed by using the included base with PoE+ Adapter (indoor use only). To hide the cable, use the included junction box mount on a wall or ceiling (indoors or outdoors). Professional installation recommended.
