you only need to connect to your wireless internet and then to your cell phone through the Ring App.

Installation and monitoring is a breeze with the app. For additional questions or information call customer service at RING at 1-800-656-1918. The RING support team is fantastic and can assist with installation and set up. I have a lot of RING products and they work seamlessly during installation using the app and monitoring the device health of the devices via the app after they are installed.
