• You can set it up yourself it is easy to do. Or you can pay to have them set it up. Which is what I was gonna do until I saw how easy it was I did it myself. It even comes with the little tools to do that. Hope that answered your question

• There is an option to add this service for an additional charge at checkout. However if you're going to use the battery that comes with it ,it's extremely easy to set up, connect and install. You can always request to have it done for you for a fee even after purchase through the ring app if you need it later.
