Yes. You might want to get the chime also. It is very easy to install. Just pick a spot and screw it into the wall. The ring comes with all the tools you will need.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Beachluvinmommy, Depending on the device, Ring Video Doorbells are powered by rechargeable battery or can be hardwired to an existing doorbell. Installation is fairly simple however, if you prefer professional help, Amazon Home Services helps with installation: amazon.com/installmyring Bilan J., Customer Satisfaction Specialist [email protected]
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It is easier to install if you don't have an existing doorbell. I did have one, and it was still easy to install (aka hardwire). But if you are just mounting it in a place that is not already hardwired for a doorbell, its actually easier. You do not need anyone to install for you, if you can follow directions. THERE ARE A NUMBER OF VIDEOS ON YOU TUBE THAT WILL WALK YOU THROUGH THE INSTALL. I'M A 62 year woman, and I was able to figure it out fairly easy. So . . . If I can, ANYONE should be able to do it.
