How do you charge the battery? how long does it last on a charge? null

I had my battery charging yesterday for 9 hours and today for 12 hours. 21 hours total so far and still not fully charged. If I have to charge this long o can not recommend this product as I’m not happy with that.

On the Ring 2, the battery is a pack about the size of 2 AA batteries. Ring provides a cable to charge same. Battery lasts around 6 months with minimal useage, but the more you use it, the sooner it will need charged. Buy an extra battery pack for $20 and keep it charged.

It's a micro-usb charge (battery pops out to charge inside). Once fully charge it lasts a long time. I didn't even fully charge mine out of the box (was too excited to try it) and I've had it for almost two months now and still going strong. At some point will need to charge - I think I'll be buying second battery to pre-charge though for when the first one runs out.

Ring 2 has a battery pack with USB charger for the initial charge from the box. After install it uses a trickle charge from the doorbell wiring to stay charged and can last 6 months+ before needing another charge. They sell separate battery packs as well if needed.

That battery pack itself has a micro USB port for charging, though it doesnt come with a charger, you likely have one already. I've had it for about a week, came with about a 50% charge, I charged it overnight and put it back in. It's been about a week and it's still at 100% battery.

Charge it via USB and I charge it over night. I bought a spare so I always have a fully charged battery ready. It lasts about 6-8 weeks on a full charge and takes about 5 minutes to swap one out for the other.

It's a lithium-ion rechargeable battery. I remove it from the bell and charge. After full charge it lasts up to 4-5 days. The green light is the indicator for full charge.

Started with battery at 25%....Charged for 12 hours and only went to 90%.
Started charging the next time at 53%....Charged for 5 hours and only went to 80%.

I've had it about 3 weeks. Gone through about 50% of battery. Get about 2-4 notifications per day. So you would expect under normal use it might need to be recharged / replaced every 1-2 months.

I hate this part of the product mine lasted 3 months then i needed to charge it you plug it into a outlet like a phone charger. Pretty annoying your on vacay battery dies lame : ) i bought the wired version thinking i would not need to charge and the battery was back up wrong!!! bad product dont buy
