Hi Sara, With normal use, your Ring Video Doorbell’s battery will last between 6 to 12 months. The battery may deplete faster if your Ring is capturing a large amount of motion events every day. Please try again later.If you have “ 0”-existing ac power, you charge batteries about 1 time a month, if you have existing power from old door bell butto, you have a constant power source present and you will NOT have to do a charge, it is done automatically , after the set up! Certify the percentage in Copley days and it will read 100%.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My ring door bell replaced my original door bell button, which had an existing power source of between 12/24 volts ac already! Just installed new ring doorbell and wa-la, every thing set to go. Within 24 hrs. Thru ring app, showed 100% charged battery! Go thru you settings to apply neede info and set to go!
