Since I setup Ring, I have noticed that my battery life on cell phone drains faster than it did before I setup Ring. Is there a way I can prevent that happening? null

I would suggest lowering down the area that you have set for motion...I have mine set at 5ft and under and get alot less alerts, which in turn stops me from having to use the phone to monitor as frequently.

I would suggest changing the motion on your phone. Also think about turning off the motion when your at home because it will save you battery life on your phone and you want receive all of the notification. I turn mines on when I leave only

You can go to your settings and choose one that isn't as sensitive and you can also turn off the alerts on certain times on your phone if you'd like like cars passing by and you can change how many feet are out maybe you have it at too many feet out so you're picking up all the street traffic to
