As long as your PC has some sort of sound card (this is commonplace on motherboards); the only thing that could interfere would be incorrect drivers for the aforementioned sound car (or motherboard), so make sure to have all of your PC's hardware drivers fully up to date to ensure that you have the best experience possible.
