A:Answer If you can export your videos to a desktop computer, download a program called Handbrake (free, open source program) and convert them to .mp4 or .m4v and then just sync them with your iPad via iTunes. I have a similar problem with my Sony camcorder and this is how I have to do it. It works pretty good plus Handbrake gives you control over the quality of your videos depending on the size or type of device you're using.
