A:Answer Yes, techically, a hair drier can be plugged into one of the six outlets; however, the user must be mindful of how many other items will be plugged in as well. Excessive power draw occurs with any electronic devices that have heating elements. Also, the movement of the power cord as your using the hair drier may cause this unit to partially detach from the wall plate. I would not recommend this unit for hair drier use.
