“My RocketFish WSP-313 plays at full volume with my iPhone 5, but not my iPad Air. It was playing at normal volume with iPad Air the night before. I went to use it the next morning, and it would only play at a very low volume. It plays at normal volume with my iPhone. I didn't change my settings.”

• Try and go into Bluetooth settings and forget this device and re sync the speaker, I had the same problem with my android phone and not my ipad. This worked for me. Enjoy, Reddog6845

• Since the iPhone works normal, but the iPad has changed, it may have had an update pushed. Try deleting the Bluetooth connection on the iPad, and then re-pairing to the speaker.
