Yes, and I had no problem putting the back cover on in my new controller

It fit in my xbox series x controller so I'm assuming it should work for series s.

The battery will most definitely fit into the controller. It's just another rechargeable battery for your Xbox controller.

Yes, they will. USB type-C is faster though, so you should get packs for that. Also, unless you get a USB cable, this will not work with the Xbox Series S, or X.

It will fit but, not very well. It will make the back cover very difficult to put on and take off. Ultimately it will work though.
