“My Roku system keeps streaming.. new Samsung Smart TV. Roku system is about 4 years old. Router for Internet is about 25 ft away. Any suggestions?”

We got a new roku device ourselves....ours was bout 4 yrs old as well...since we did that...we have no problems n our our router is in the living room

It has a problem with the volume switch it won't go up or down and I RETURNED ONE DEVICE BECAUSE IT HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. I guess they all have the same problems. Any suggestions?
