• Yes, of course. Not only throughout your house, but any location where you have access to streamable WiFi (e.g., some hotels might support such, some don't deliver the capacity.)

• You can use the same stick throughout your house; however, each TV will have to be set up. It's better to have one stick per TV. The iniital cost for each stick could be a little expensive, but it's a one-time amount. When you think about cable, think about how much money you'll be saving every month. I don't miss cable at all. Have had Roku for 2 months now and am watching way too much TV. Love it and love saving money.

• I don't see why not as long as your TV has a port and a plug in nearby because it runs over wifi.
