• No, you have to download the showbox app on your phone and then get a chromecast to view it on the tv

• there are premium such as show box but some other shows are free

• Not to my knowledge unless you mirror the ShowBox app from your smartphone to your TV. I use an android phone for Showbox and my MacBook Pro for Kodi (same app for Mac). If your smart TV has a way to download and configure Showbox or Kodi, then you could watch that way, but not through the streaming stick; there is no way to get the app(s) on the streaming stick through Google or Playstore. If someone has found a way to do this, please feel free to comment -- I don't see how it's possible and I have both the streaming stick and a Roku 3.
