Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not sure what you mean by connectivity issues. I use the USB ports on my TV to power the roku stick it it works well. You might have to check the specs for your tv. The only thing is when you turn off you television the Roku stick will also shut off. The next time you go to power on the TV and use the Roku stick you will notice that it needs to boot up which happens quickly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I use the USB ports on the TVs for both of my Rokus, and find it much more convenient than having to find an open outlet for another adapter. The only drawback is that, on most TVs, the Roku loses power when the TV is off, causing it to always start at the home page instead of staying where it was before the power was turned off.
