You may be able to get those network shows through HuLu, which is included in Roku.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.As far as I can tell, you need to have a subscription to a cable TV provider to stream those channels. You can get the news free. I think that will be changing in another year or two. In the meantime, between Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube, most of the programs are available.

There are sometimes certain episodes of news programs but that's about it. Otherwise, it's snippets of shows. You can subscribe and get HuluPlus and Amazon Plus which offer tv shows you can stream through the Roku.
