“I'm confused.... I'm looking for an ac and heater combination but in the specs it says this unit doesn't have an integrated heater? How does it heat without a heater? Thank you”

Yes, this unit has a built-in heater.

Please press the "Mode" button till the "cool" icon appears. then, press the "Temp+" or "Temp -" button to select the desired room temperature which varies from 62 F to 90F and press the fan speed button to select wind speed. The heating option does exist with this unit.
