This large diaphragm condenser microphone would do a much better job of picking up your Bass more clearly and without distorting/overload as quickly as the Go Mic would in this case. QuestionI own this mic and plug it in to my laptop. When I play back, it seems to skip words. I have tried recording with the switch in the middle and bottom position (not the one with a pic of headphones) and it still skips or drops words. Suggestions?

- Answer I suspect it is your computer rather than the mic. On voice playback, my computer often cuts out all or part of a first word. For whatever reason, playing back a second or third time will usually result in a complete playback. I've not found a proper correction for the problem.
