Hello, Thank you for contacting Samson Technologies. Unfortunately, this would not work in that fashion. USB microphones put out digital data that computers can translate. Mixers and interfaces cannot translate this data even with use of some sort of XLR adapter. We do have a variety of XLR microphones that are listed out at www.samsontech.com.
