Will it work for Subwoofer and soundbar? null

If the subwoofer / soundbar power plug is rated for 220V, only then it will work. This product is just a prong adapter and does not convert voltages. If your appliance cannot handle 220V, then it will not work. You will need a voltage adapter.

I do not have any idea of the required wattage the two devices you mention need. If you find out that electric detail I might be able to answer your question.
