“Microwave doesn't heat up it comes on like it's working but when we take the food out it's still cold. Above the time to the right it's a diamond flashing and when we press start it goes out does that indicate that there is something wrong”

• Hello Tony, it sounds like your unit is in demo mode. Demo mode means that your unit functions like normal but without heating up. Here is a link to the user manual. https://bit.ly/2Hi59AH. On page 22, it will show you how to take your unit out of demo mode. Thank you. ^SuSu

• Is the little diamond supposed to go disappear once the demo setting is off?
