Never had that problem Try cleaning the rollers
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.no plate does not make noise when microwave is in use
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If the plate is not properly mounted then it can scrape against the bottom. I recommend checking the manual to ensure that you have it installed correctly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I love this microwave!! It's a lot more quiet than my previous microwave and the turntable plate doesn't make any noise unless the glass plate is not set properly or you have too much stuff on the plate. This in turn will not allow the plate to turn fully and you will keep hearing a clicking noise as the dishes on the plate is bumping into the wall of the microwave which could cause some noise. But if you place your dish(es) appropriately so that the glass plate can turn a full 360 degrees, there shouldn't be any problems at all! Hope that helps!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The turntable needs to be placed exactly on the center prongs and the item to be cooked placed in the center. The turntable then will not make a lot of noise. I love this microwave.
