A:AnswerI don’t think we have the same unit. However if we do I don’t know either but my suggestion is to just contact the manufacturer. Look on your paperwork came with the unit. You’ll find a ph # somewhere, call for customer service, I’m sure they’ll help. There isn’t anything in your owners manual on how this feature works? Are you certain your item has this feature? I didn’t know microwaves had grill elements. I bought a Samsung 1.4 c.f. Microwave is that what you are referencing with this grill element? I’m certain mine doesn’t have this though I haven’t read the whole manual yet either. Good luck. Hope this helps somewhat.
