Sounds defective to me. You have ONLY two weeks to return/exchange it at BestBuy from the date of delivery.. After that,,you must call Samsung under warranty which is usually a hassle.I would rush to exchange it at BB if you still have time.Also,you could request a prepaid return label from BB .It is bad that BB has only 14 days instead of 30 days return policy if you get a lemon. In such cases it is best to call BB customer service right away within the 14 days period..Good luck.Monika

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I doubt you can fix it, I am guessing the controller board is bad causing it to think its cooking. Might have to exchange it. Have the store plug the new one inbefore you leave, I learned my lesson on opening certain items before leaving when I got a smashed one once.
