A:AnswerWe have noticed that if we open the door prior to the microwave time being up and waiting for the interior light to go off it makes it go a little wonky. If you allow the microwave to finish fully with its cycle there shouldn't be an issues. These are only things/tricks that we have found that work because we were having the same problem.

A:AnswerHello, just installed mine last week. The grooves on the bottom of the plate go IN-BETWEEN the plastic prongs on the bottom of the microwave. The plate just sits on top of the circular piece with wheels. Hope this helps!
