Q: QuestionQuestion....I cannot get popcorn to pop in this microwave. I thought it was the popcorn but I bought another box and that one wouldn't pop either. Is there something I'm not doing correctly?

Q: QuestionThe synchronize time option sets my microwave to the wrong time, exactly an hour behind what it should be. My location is correct in SmartThings. It's not the daylight savings time option, as turning that on sets the time to two hours behind.

Q: QuestionSlim Fry Function - should the microwave function cycle turn on during the slim fry function? I can hear the magnetron cycle on and off. Watching food react to being microwaved (puffing and deflating) is confirming visual evidence.
