- Answer Hi Smoky, We are happy to answer your question about the exhaust on this microwave model. This over-the-range microwave has 300 CFM and will be enough for a 30-inch electric stove top; however, 300 CFM may not be enough for gas cooktops over 9000 BTU. Leo

- Answer We had the issue of popcorn not popping as well but only when using the ceramic tray. When removed it and only used the glass tray it worked perfectly.

QuestionThe synchronize time option sets my microwave to the wrong time, exactly an hour behind what it should be. My location is correct in SmartThings. It's not the daylight savings time option, as turning that on sets the time to two hours behind.
