Q: Questionhow good the exhaust fan on Samsung - 1.7 cu. ft. Over-the-Range Convection Microwave with WiFi (300CFM)? I have smoke problem with my Whirlpool 400 CFM? Maybe because it pulls from the top.

Q: QuestionQuestion....I cannot get popcorn to pop in this microwave. I thought it was the popcorn but I bought another box and that one wouldn't pop either. Is there something I'm not doing correctly?

Q: QuestionThe synchronize time option sets my microwave to the wrong time, exactly an hour behind what it should be. My location is correct in SmartThings. It's not the daylight savings time option, as turning that on sets the time to two hours behind.
