QuestionWhere does the Charcoal filter go? The instructions show a different model that has a grill on the top and this model is flat and does not pull off as shown in the instruction booklet.

- Answer Open the door, There is a panel on the upper part of the front while door is open. The screws are on the top of the microwave right above the panel. After unscrewing, you have to slide it to the right and it will come off. It goes in the middle with it's rear slanted up. You should have had to adjust the exhaust fan depending on if your house vents the exhaust directly outside or recycles through the charcoal filter.

- Answer Yes as long as there is clearance and you can make the holes to mount it up. Remember it mouths from the top. Also has a back mounting bracket

- Answer The latch can't be fixed. You have to replace the entire door...at your expense. So you can fix it for around $250 or replace it for about the same amount. This happened to me after 13 months of use.
